Southwestern Wagonwheel Pasta


  • 3/4 lbs. wagon wheel pasta, prepared according to package directions, kept hot
  • 1 jar (16-oz.) ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
  • 1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 can (15-oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 tbls. chopped cilantro
  • 1 tomato, diced


COMBINE picante sauce, chiles and beans in small skillet; heat through. Add sour cream. Combine pasta and sauce; garnish with cheese, onions, cilantro and tomato.
