Special Bean Chili


  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 18 ozs. 16 ounces B&M Brick Oven Baked Beans
  • 1 can 16 oz. whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 tbls. chili powder
  • 1 whole bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • (optional) spaghetti, cooked


In a 4-quart Dutch oven, cook turkey, garlic and onion until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti, if desired.

Microwave Directions: In a 2 1/2-quart microwave-safe dish, combine turkey, garlic and onion. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave, covered, 10 to 12 minutes, stirring twice. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
