Speedy Smoked Chicken Mexican Pizza


  • 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
  • 1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Roasted Garlic (Medium)
  • 8 ozs. smoked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


PREHEAT oven to 400°F.

SPREAD salsa evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle chicken over salsa.

TOP pizza with Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

BAKE for 13 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
