Spicy Beef Tortillas



Wrap flour tortillas in aluminum foil; heat in a 350 degrees oven until warm, about 5 minutes.

In a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook and stir ground beef, chopped green bell pepper, and chopped onion until the beef is browned. Stir in salsa and heat through.

Roll the beef mixture and a spoonful of yogurt on top of the flour tortillas.

Serve with the cooked rice.
