Stir-Fry Vegetables


  • 1/4 cup Grandmas Molasses Robust
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 4 tsps. Corn Starch
  • 2 tbls. soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes, ground
  • 2 lbs. sliced bite size mixed vegetables, celery, zucchini, onion, peppers, chinese cabbage
  • sliced bite size mixed vegetables, snow peas


Combine Grandma's Molasses, broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper.

Set aside. Heat oil in wok or large heavy skillet. Add vegetables and stir fry 2-3

minutes or until tender crisp. Mix in molasses liquid. Cook just until sauce thickens and

coats vegetables. Serves 4-6.
