Taco Rice and Beans

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 package (1.25 ounces) ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup water
1 can (15 ounces) ORTEGA Black Beans, drained
2 cups of cooked rice
1/4 cup ORTEGA Thick & Chunky Salsa

Directions

In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions; cook 3 minutes. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Stir until combined and slightly thickened. Add beans, rice and salsa; stir. Cook 5 minutes more or until contents are heated through.
