Tae's Homemade Cajunchiladas



Place rice, water, butter and Cajun spice in saucepan of cold water and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. When water has almost evaporated stir in the chili until completely combined with rice. Stir in shredded cheese and let it melt. Remove from heat.

Warm tortillas; spoon mixture sparingly, drown it with taco sauce if you like, roll it up and enjoy.

*NOTE: You can leave out the tortillas and use mixture as a flavorful side dish with either grilled or lightly breaded chicken breasts.
