Salsa and chops - two of America's favorites - easy to make , easy to love.

Tex-Mex Chops



Season chops with salt and pepper; brown on one side in nonstick skillet; turn chops and add salsa to skillet. Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 8 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro, if desired.

Leftover idea: Slice leftover chops into strips and wrap in a tortilla with lettuce, cheese and chopped tomato for an easy lunch on the go.
