Thick Turkey Bean Chili


  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cans 16 oz. each B&M Original Baked Beans, undrained
  • 1 can 16 oz. JOAN OF ARC Light Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can 15.5 oz. sloppy joe sauce
  • 1 can 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • (optional) chedder cheese, shredded
  • (optional) sour cream
  • (optional) tortilla chips


In a large saucepan, brown the turkey; drain. Stir in beans, sloppy joe sauce, tomatoes, brown sugar and seasonings. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips if desired.
