Tlayudas (or Tacos) with Pork and Refried Beans

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground pork
1/4 cup water
1 ORTEGA Grande Hard & Soft Taco Dinner Kit
1 can (16 oz.) ORTEGA Refried Beans (regular or fat free)
Shredded lettuce
Crumbled cheese, such as feta or queso fresco

1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown pork, 7 to 8 minutes. Add taco seasoning mix from the dinner kit. Stir in water and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Cook refried beans in a small saucepan over medium heat just until hot.
2. To make a tlayuda, arrange soft tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned and slightly crisp. Spread each tortilla with some refried beans, top with pork, lettuce and cheese. Drizzle with taco sauce from the dinner kit.
3. To make a taco, heat shells from the kit and fill with beans and pork. Top with lettuce and cheese and drizzle with taco sauce.

Makes 6 servings.
