Tofu Fish Patties



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake cod until tender and easily flakes, or you may use any leftover seafood.
Combine the cod, drained crumbled tofu, wheat germ, frozen mixed vegetables, and egg. Stir in dry bread crumbs and mix well. Form into patties and fry in oil in a skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides. Serve with salsa.
