Tomato Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Roasted Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce REGINA Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 ozs. oil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 6 whole medium garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 ounce oil
  • 4 whole green onions, sliced diagonal
  • 6 whole medium sized plum tomatoes
  • 9 ozs. Baby Greens, washed and drained
  • 6 - 8 peels per salad Parmesan cheese, peeled

Directions

For dressing mix first 5 ingredients. Set aside.



For roasted garlic, mix oil and garlic cloves, wrap loosely in aluminum foil, roast in 325
