Tostadas de Pollo y Frijoles


  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups ORTEGA Refried Beans
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 lettuce, shredded
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4 ozs. green olives, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup picante sauce


Lay flour tortillas on a plate and spread with heated refried beans. Layer cooked, diced chicken on the beans.

In a bowl, combine chopped tomato, cooked green beans, shredded lettuce, sliced green bell pepper, chopped green onions, chopped green olives, and grated Cheddar cheese. Place 1/6 of mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle hot picante sauce on top.
