Tricolor coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups REGINA White Wine Vinegar
  • 2/3 cups salad oil
  • 2 tbls. honey
  • 4 tsps. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsps. celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 quart green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups red cabbage
  • 2 cups carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped

Directions

In large bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, celery seed and paprika. Add red and green cabbage, carrots and onions, tossing to coat well; cover. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Store, refrigerated, up to 4 days.
