Tropical Mango Salsa


  • 1 whole mango, pelled and pitted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 whole red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup REGINA White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup plum tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 can 4 oz. green chili peppers, diced


In medium bowl, combine mango, onion, tomato, chiles, garlic and cilantro. Stir in vinegar and pineapple juice. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with grilled pork, poultry or seafood.
