Turkey Mexicana



Slice cooked turkey into 1/4" slices. Place in a skillet, overlapping, and cover with salsa.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add grated cheddar cheese and sliced black olives. Cover and continue cooking for 1 minute to melt the cheese. Serve with sour cream.
