Very Verde Green Bean Salad


1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound fresh green beans
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup ORTEGA Salsa Verde
2 tablespoons ORTEGA Garden Vegetable Salsa


Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. When oil begins to simmer, add green beans; toss lightly in oil. Heat about 3 minutes, tossing to coat beans well.

Add water, salt and pepper carefully. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until beans are tender. Add salsas; toss to coat beans evenly. Heat 1 or 2 minutes to warm salsas. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature.
