These wraps are packed with delicious steak and scrumptious toppings to satisfy the heartiest appetite.

Zesty Steak Wraps


  • 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak, pierced all over with a fork
  • 1 bottle (8 oz.) ORTEGA Taco Sauce - Mexican Style, divided
  • 10 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 Suggestion for Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream, sliced ripe olives, guacamole, remaining taco sauce


COMBINE flank steak and taco sauce in non-metallic container; marinade in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Pour off marinade; discard.

GRILL or broil steak about 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the center.
Thinly slice against the grain.

FOR each wrap, place flank steak slices, desired toppings and taco sauce in a flour tortilla, making sure ingredients don't touch edges. Fold the bottom edge of tortilla toward the center and gently roll until tortilla is completely wrapped around the filling.
