For the icing:

  1. Mix powdered sugar, chili seasoning and milk together until smooth.
  2. Wait until brownies cool completely and then spread icing evenly across.

For moister brownies with a stronger chile flavor, use two 4-oz cans Mild Diced Green Chiles.
