How do you make poke bowls even better? Put them in delicious, edible bowls!

Ingredients

  • ¾ pound sushi-grade tuna
  • ¼ c. Hot Sliced Jalapeños
  • 2 chopped scallions
  • 1 pkg. Fiesta Flats
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 c. mixed greens

Directions

  1. Mix sushi-grade tuna, jalapeño slices, chopped scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and mixed greens to taste.
  2. Spoon into warm Fiesta Flats.
